The redshifted 21cm line of neutral hydrogen is considered a very useful probe of various aspects of the Universe. In this talk, I will focus on how the 21cm line can be used to probe the physics of the early Universe. First, the basics of cosmology using 21cm line is reviewed, and then followed by discussion of some specific examples such as the 21cm line as a probe of the inflationary Universe. The impact of current and future observations of the 21cm line on our understanding of the early Universe will also be discussed.
