Presentation and slide instructions

Talks and Panel discussion

  1.  The Keynote/Invited/Short talk will be 40/30/20 minutes, including questions and comments.
  2. It is possible to connect presenters' laptops with our HDMI cable at the venue; a USB type-C connector can also be provided.
  3.  We will have Panel discussions every afternoon. All speakers for the day will be asked to take the stage, reviewing the day's sessions and discussing them in more detail.

Uploading slides/posters

Please upload your slides to Indico before your panel discussion to facilitate the panel discussion or other discussion.
(For further discussion, please upload your poster file to Indico.)
If you have any problems, please contact LOC.

You have been added with some submission privileges to the event.
To use those privileges, you need to login or create a new Indico profile on our webpage.
When creating the profile, please make sure to use the email address that you use in registration.
If you already have an Indico profile, simply add the registered email address to your profile.

[How to upload your slides]
Visit 'Contribution List' and go to 'My Contributions' from the menu.

  1. Click on your title.
  2. Locate 'Presentation Materials' at the bottom of the page, and click on the ‘pencil’ icon.
  3. Choose Add Materials to the Contribution.
  4. You may 'drag & drop' your file or upload it from your folder.

Please upload the PDF file before your panel discussion.

Posters

  1. We will have a poster lightning talks at Monday afternoon and a poster session at Tuesday afternoon, respectively.
  2. You can display your posters at the beginning of the workshop. But if you will visit the workshop site in the afternoon (about 2-4 p.m.)  Sunday 5th, the panels are ready to display.
  3. The poster board size is A0.
